One of the most renowned fast-food restaurants globally, Pizza Hut operates under the billion-dollar Americana Group in the UAE.
As part of our Americana Group project to build 18 mobile apps for 5 of its brands in a single year, we launched 2 Pizza Hut food delivery apps in 4 countries across the MENA region – UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, and KSA. The apps for all locations feature excellent UI/UX that allows users to navigate and order food in a few clicks effortlessly.
Despite being a leading pizza brand, Pizza Hut did not have a well performing digital appearance. Their app did not have an extensible and scalable architecture, which also led to the poor user experience.As a result, Pizza Hut needed to create a mobile app that was not just fully functional but also highly engaging for customers.
Our team focused on designing a UI/UX for the app that was visually appealing. Our design team conducted extensive research, which let us quickly grasp the users' needs and drive Pizza Hut’s business to digitalization using the greatest tools and technology suite available.

With large data sets in the form of multiple food menus and extensive user base in various countries, achieving quick screen transition was a challenge. Our team with its immaculate planning and use of the right tools ensured a much quicker Pizza Hut delivery app screen transition time.
At the starting of the project, there were different operational issues due to product management. Our team keenly studied all the issues across the layers and the legacy system, and resolved the challenge by taking appropriate actions at the right time.
Following a Product Discovery workshop, we invested most of our promised time in product research & wire-framing to lay out the structure & architecture of how Pizza Hut had perceived their new app to look like.
