Stay here only if you're desperate. We arrived late at night so we were first happy then we get the message that we can sleep there. I have to say this hotel is a hour hotel too. Many prostituets looked at us very bad because we were traveling with the whole family. Result: Morakat Hotel is maybe one hour nice but not for travellers that spend there holiday with the family. The staff took very good care of me. I told them I wanted a fresh fruit cocktail twice a day, and they made it available very cheaply, although it wasn't on the menu.
They gave good advice on seeing Phnom Penh, and I was pleased to hear that a public sauna was nearby. They sorted out a problem with a flight, and arranged an inexpensive lift to the airport.
